First, I’d like to comment on the two receptionists’ (Regina and Nanette’s) lack of respect for clients when you call the office to ask questions or schedule. My husband and I have never felt this office has a welcoming or approachable environment due to these individuals. I scheduled my 6 yo daughter for 4 fillings on her molar teeth this week. I then received a message later on in the day saying Nanette had spoke to Dr. Chan and we needed to have a conversation. I was told by Nanette that Dr. Chan said we treat all teeth proposed in the treatment plan or you aren’t able to be a patient here any longer. I told Nanette I wasn’t ready to commit to the entire treatment plan they proposed but wanted to focus on the teeth with the most decay first. I told her I had been trying to remineralize her teeth the past few months and the response I received was “You don’t get to pick and choose what teeth you treat here.” She also told me remineralization of teeth doesn’t work. In what world are you not able to advocate for your child and weigh in on a treatment plan? I explained she’s very young and I wanted to see how she responds to the first round of fillings before committing to doing

Recently I had to have a failed 40 yr old root canal removed and replaced with a bridge. As one who is extremely anxious when it comes to all things dental, I am very pleased with this entire process. Dr. Chan and her staff were wonderful from the very first day all through this entire process and not only listened to my concerns with my anxiety, but made it a point to make sure I was doing ok and comfortable. Didnt feel any discomfort whatsoever. Even the novocaine shots were painless! As a home that treats our health holistically, I'm so glad my wife found Dr Chan and actually look forward to my next visit which is a cleaning. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this dentist since I was child. All the hygienists are very nice and clean my teeth wonderfully and Dr. Chan does an amazing job and has been the absolute best every time I go.

By far the best dentist we've ever seen! She works to get to the route cause of dental issues (such as decay) and find long-term solutions. My children love her and their teeth are healthier than ever. We love Dr. Chan!

Great dentist practice! The hygienists, reception, and doctors are very friendly. They are health conscious and don't use mercury. Highly recommend!
